Hi, I am Sedona!
I’ve always loved supporting people in the act of creating—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In 2022, I followed that calling and built this space: a container designed to nurture and empower creation in all forms.​
​
Since then, this container has supported over 26 businesses, hosted vulnerability workshops, offered breathwork courses like Befriending the Monster, helped design and create restaurants, launched social projects, and held space for deep, powerful healing.
​
​Each of these offerings has been rooted in a deeper intention: to help people return to themselves and reclaim their power as the creator in their lives.

My work, at its core, is about supporting people in unraveling the conditioning of what we were told we must do and be.

A lot of that shows up both internally and externally.
